	Coffee & Walnut Marzipan 50% Almond Marzipan with hint of coffee topped with a crispy walnut.		Dark Rum Caramel One of our Gold Medal winners in the 2006 Taste Awards, this soft caramel and rum ganache features a dominant rum flavour.		Cherry Amarena & Kirsch A whole cherry, marinated in a Kirsch syrup and completed with Kirsch cream.



	Pure Dark Chocolate No fruit, no nuts, no alcohol. Only the best in dark chocolate 70% guanaja.		Creme de Cassis Blackcurrant and creme de cassis fondant, featuring a strong fruity overtones.		Irish Coffee Arabica coffee infuses cream and Irish whiskey in our unique interpretation of this local favourite.


	It is true that when giving a gift the packaging is almost as important as the gift itself. We place great emphasis on the boxes for our chocolates and offer a range of shapes and sizes ranging from ornate hand-crafted presents to novelty children's boxes.
